Many flowers can be eaten and used as decoration for food. One of my favorite things to do is to freeze violets in an ice form and use them in a punch bowl. I also love to use lavender in shortbread cookies and coconut lavender lemonade. Many of the edible flowers are fantastic as garnish for a salad or main dish. The possibilities are endless.
